The Bio-identical Hormone Initiative (BHI)  is a group of conventionally-trained, practicing physicians who have been treating patients successfully with bio-identical hormones for many years. We have researched the conventional literature and evaluated our patients' outcomes closely. We believe that bio-identical hormone therapy is a safe and effective option for women suffering from symptoms of hormone depletion. We have decided to form a non-profit organization to educate and share information about bio-identical hormones with the medical community, patients, the news media and decision-makers.
